In an organic Coffee plantation our work is defined mainly maintenance of the Coffee Plants and organic manure applied 3 to 4 times annually.Rest of the time our staff work on organic pepper wines and Organic vegetables and medicinal plants.We are also working towards having a small Sheep farm for the sheep milk has exceptionally vitamin content which is very good for human health,poultry for farm fed organic eggs plus we will have a fish pond with sweet water fish.
We will need an international chef to promote many a Coorgie dishes internationally.

WEEKLY FOOD BOX
In the monsoon months of June till October we plan to offer a Vegetable take away box of organic vegetables for the public.

Wine with as many as 21 flavors
Our Home stay visitors can taste them -of-course based on availability .

will have a preferred price tag for all the items on offer.
COFFEE VALLEY CLUB DISHES
We are also working on creating special Coorgie dishes from our organic farm produce. Our visitors can very well have a taste of these dishes.
STARTER VEGGIE PATCH
We have embarked on this project with very basically grown local vegetables, like
cucumber,
variety of beans,
drum stick,
papaya,
ladies finger,
pumpkin,
tomatoes,
brinjal,we will add few more which can be suitably grown in our environment of Coorg.
Initially we will grow few of these varieties and look at the quality and with the guidance of Dr.Hedge we will make them commercial.
ORGANIC LEMON GRASS
We grow Lemon grass using our organic inputs we have them from Holland and also we mix them locally as per the instructions of our many advisers
The many medicinal benefits of the Lemon grass made us grow them organically to help man kind in getting rid of many of the common health issues we come across and end up taking unwanted medication - which later leads to more complications.
